I got my coat recived which is wonderful as I like. Since it was a mistake to disputed transaction of this order.

Ck on a past purchase
I was trying to find out the price of of shirt because the cleaners stained it. You did not respond...therefore I had to give them a dollar amount and settle the claim...

I haven't received an answer at all. I have sent several mesages and nothing from Lattelier.
I need to change the shipping address and i haven't been able to do it because they just don't respond to any of my messages. I even wrote an inbox on instagram and nothing.

I need to speak with personal for my refund
Good morning. We have gotten several notices from the management association stating that the garbage bins are being left at the side of the residence.
Please note that, except when placed outside for garbage collection, the bins are to be stored such that they are not conspicuous. As such, we recommend that they are kept in the back yard - behind the fence - or in the garage.

Purchase a pair of boots from this company and was I was totally dissatisfied with the lack of support/service afterwards.
On March 23, 2022, I purchased a pair of brown boots. They were advertised as leather but were not instead very plastic with a horrible smell.
I tried to reach out to them but was given the runaround. Email several times over several days just a robot response every time.
No one will get back to you making any sense all nonsensical chatter!! This company is real bad!

Cannot get in touch with customer service and I tried all the discount code they gave me and none worked.
Cannot Contact to make changes. SCAM send discount code and none of them worked. My order went through anyway and I cant get in touch with anyone to cancel my order

Order not found
They get one star for customer service. I reached out to them via Instagram.
They read my message and didnt bother responding. Anytime I tried tracking my order, it said order not found. Eventually got the shoes I ordered however the sizing was horrible. Im a size 10, and the shoes fit like a size 6, they are so narrow only a childs foot could fit.
I sent them back, and the address on the label doesnt even match the location the package came from.
I hope I get my money back. Im NEVER ordering from them again.
