Previously have had 2xBPay payments deposited into wrong account. Company refused to transfer into correct account. Late payments fess totalling over three months. Paid account and requested account to be closed. Very frustrating not being provided service. Lodged complaint with AFCA. currently in progress

Unable to pay account via online, Bpay etc. Unable to speak to customer service on the phone call waiting on 2 hours. Had to take funds out of mortgage to pay in full in order to stop late fees which I was unable to pay for. This is the second time I have been subjected to this poor management. I will no longer use latitude financial for this reason, payment options don't work and you are sent late fees on top of. Dodgy company and very unreliable.
