Unable to pay account via online, Bpay etc. Unable to speak to customer service on the phone call waiting on 2 hours. Had to take funds out of mortgage to pay in full in order to stop late fees which I was unable to pay for. This is the second time I have been subjected to this poor management. I will no longer use latitude financial for this reason, payment options don't work and you are sent late fees on top of. Dodgy company and very unreliable.
