LAWSUIT IN THE WORKS , THEY ARE NOT WORKING WITH ME, BUT IT'S OKAY, I'M SUING.... BAD PLACE ,DISHONEST,NO INTEGRITY ,THEY BUY REBUILT ENGINES,CARS THAT WERE IN ACCIDENTS, AND SELL THEM FOR PROFIT...WHEN I WENT TO THEM , MAL LUGAR, DESHONESTO, SIN INTEGRIDAD, COMPRAN MOTORES RECONSTRUIDOS, LOS COCHES QUE ESTABAN EN LOS ACCIDENTES, Y VENDERLAS *** FINES DE LUCRO

Got ripped off on Car purchase from Latin Motors Miami

Last year I bought Volkswagen Jetta 2006 from Dealer in Miami Latin Motors. After making my down payment I drove car home and got the check engine light in few miles called the dealer and was told just bring the car back and we will take care off all the problems. I took the car back and waited for mechanic to work on it for 7 hours and was told that it was an O2 sensor and we have replaced it. Guess what while on my way home check engine light came on again called the dealer and was told same thing that we will take care off it just bring it back some other time. I played this game for 3 months that issue was never fixed. To make it worse dealer broke the check engine light which I found out after i brought it to other mechanic and was also told that it was not O2 sensor it was catalytic converter which needed to be replaced.I ended up spending $1800 from my own pocket. And to make it worse dealers finance company is reporting default on my credit score that I missed a payment which is not true I have all the proofs of the payments.
