Question about accommodation

Paid for room, turned up at Guest house and they said they've had no money. We are stranded in Bath. Why have they not received payment from you ??

Trying to cancel without a confirmation email

Number isnt working that you have given me and u would like to cancel . The hotel have our reservation yet we have no email confirmation and cant access the phone lines

Phone number on website obsolete. Price quoted changed when I went to pay - no way to query this by phone. going to another website.
