Charging me $184.44 for there failure to package the product properly three times.
They shipped me the same Flowmaster product three different times and each time I received it damaged.
They tried different carriers, first they used FedEx. The product was a complete mess
Then they used UPS and again the product was damaged.
I suggested they try packaging it differently for the third try, but they did not listen, and it arrived damaged again.
I ask them to just return my money, they agreed to return all but $184.44 with no explanation as to why they would not return the total amount.
