I made a purchase from website and given the availability to make 4 payments by Klana and approved. When I arrived person told me that those payments didnt go through but I did and had the proof on my mail.
The technician told me me that I picked the wrong choice for first time customer and added another $100 while she is already working on my lashes and I am
Laying down righ there I had to choose from the prices given by her ( very intimidating and uncomfortable) after job is done she asked me to pay her the additional only with money send ( Venmo cash app ) she added that they take credit cards too but she wanted that instead Ana I wasnt able to do it. And them Ana most frustrating she canceled herself manually my four payments previously accepted by klana and my phone sent me a notification I was upset Ana asked her why she canceled my 4 payments already approved she acted like she didnt know what I was talking about. This is a very bad business in every sense and not been truthful to the customer by lying in order to add many additional fees.
She also told me that they are aware of having klana payment and having that in website as a choice ( when I confronted her saying you have this option available to the customer ) I will never go back and I felt like a total rip-off and horrible service. Bellow is proof of my payment canceled on the site by the technician.so I will pay the requested price by her.
