No contact - quite a f@#*ed up way to run a company!! As usual, it's all about the $$.
There's no sense in me reaching out to something that I'm sure I will not get an answer to, nonetheless a person to respond! I have tried every which way possible to contact this company with absolutely no results.
Preferred solution: Someone to deactivate my account and an apology

Problem with cart
So glad I finally decided to call Lashify! After chatting with someone (texts) last night I still couldn't get my problem resolved.
My next step was to reach out by phone and it was easy peas with customer service, even got my lashes on sale! I love you Lashify - You're the best
Never received order
Never received my order and they do not want to refund me because I waited too long to call. Not my fault that the package never came and I kept waiting until I eventually forgot about the order.
Upon calling they were very unwilling to allow me to speak to a manager and was told I would be contacted. If they dont contact me, Ill just ask for my credit card company to file a dispute.
