Never received order

Never received my order and they do not want to refund me because I waited too long to call. Not my fault that the package never came and I kept waiting until I eventually forgot about the order. Upon calling they were very unwilling to allow me to speak to a manager and was told I would be contacted. If they dont contact me, Ill just ask for my credit card company to file a dispute.
