Resolved: Everything went wrong
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Wen I was finally able 2 track it, it said it was delivered.
Went to the post office 2 c if it was there, it wasn't. I was working very closely w/ 1 CSR & she really went the extra mile. I have not received the shipment as of yet. I have 2 continue 2 stay on top of tracking & hopefully I'll have it in time for Christmas lol.
I wish I could warn somebody if they're going to order for them. I'd say be very aware of what ur clicking on, especially when ur checking out. Wouldn't it be really messed up if I ended up hating the mascara?
N now being stuck w/ 4 instead of the single one I planned on ordering. Yeah just be careful what ur clicking on.
They offered me 50% off but the mascara would have to be made of diamonds for me to deal with them eveelr again.The link to track ur package is in freakin CHINESE! So cannot even ref it. The absolute worst part is that I ordered 1 mascara for $9.95 + s&h. So how did my order turn out to be $50 & change.
Customer service reps told me that once I put the 1 thing in my cart, they make it tricky so ANYONE can accidentally do this. They make it so that u buy their promotional item (3-pack mascara) I really need my $ back.Im a single mom of 3 on disability. The ONE time I decide to treat myself and THIS happens.Want my $ back but that definitely CANT happen because I need to receive the item in order to send it back so I can, some day, get refunded.With all the crap they are putting me through, it'd be the right thing to compensate me anyway they see fit. Like I said they did order 50% off next order but will NEVER deal w/ them again.

I won't tell ppl NOT 2 use them but to be very careful when it comes to the Checkout process. I'll let ya know IF I EVER get my package.

Product advertised should say VIBELY but it doesn't. Product doesn't do what it says online. Container looks the same but the product is not.

- Does not super extend like on facebook and is clumpy and spidery
