I am lost for words to understand how this company is still in business it has been the worst experience in my life every so many lies and customer service is horrible especially when you question them. I have called corporate they promised I would get a call from Michael in the Garland office not yet.
Dominica the sales lady was so rude she even told me my Broad Certified doctor didn't know what he was talking about. OMG again all the bad reviews on line I really do not know how this company is still up and running. This has been the worst experience in my entire life.

I started my face hair remvoal treatment which is very horrible experince in each sesion, however after few sitting I was trying to cancel my packege- and they said NO over on that they never call me back for my appointments neither received any remider call for that-and each time they are saying that its a "SYSTEM ISSUE" I dont think this is a good quality to do buisness with the customer

Buyer beware! We signed up late on a Friday afternoon.
Because they were closing and my husband and I were considering to wait on such a expensive purchase, the sales person told us we’d never get that price again and put significant pressure on us. Forms were not explained and our sales person had us moving so fast telling us the receptionist couldn’t go home until we were done. We purchased a $3,000 hair removal package for my husband. He called back right away on Monday to get a refund.
After 4 weeks of phone calls we were told the package he purchase and didn’t use was non-refundable. Terrible and unethical practice!
