- - Mr. Lee Larson is unprofessional, rude, racist and sexist.
- - It took over a year to finish and the walkway cracked due to a 2x4 left under cement.
The builder Mr. Larson never contacted me to resolve any of the problems with my home. The foundation is only a year old and has areas that is spalling.
It has been a nightmare working with him. He is unprofessional, condescending, rude, racist, sexist, and a horrible businessman. Its been over a year since he built my home and Im still waiting for him to finish it. Mr.
Larson and his staff never returned any phone calls or messages. Every time he steps onto my property he makes the situation worse. He has no idea what hes doing. He doesnt have a clue what hes doing in the construction business.
How he got this far Ill never know. Every time I contact a professional in the construction field they say that Mr. Larson has a horrible reputation of being unprofessional and not knowing what hes doing. For example, the front concrete walkway to my home had a large crack in it even before I took possession of the home.
I told Mr. Larson that he needs to fix it. After more than a year he finally sent a crew over to fix the concrete. Come to find out when they originally poured the cement they left a 2 x 4 underneath the exact area that had the crack.
This is the type of shoddy unprofessional workmanship that Mr. Larson provides on a regular basis.
I advise everybody to stay away from him and do not use him to build anything for you!!!!!! You will regret working with him.

Don't bother
Floors are squeaky due to the plywood quality and not being secured to the rafters. Dry wall has numerous nail pops. Yards are not surveyed accurately or graded properly.

Owes a lot of money and seem to be no big deal
Greed is the name of Lee Larson's game. He hires criminals on work release and illegals immigrants from Mexico, even though he is a bigot, just to pay cheaper wages.
He stole 118 thousand dollars from his own 82 year old father, under the pretense of barrowing it. While wharehousing him in his basement showing no concern for his needs, he has his wife or daughter check on him occasionally. He uses and mistreats his own family, nickle and dimeing their paychecks after a full week of work, so much so, his brother received less than 10 dollars in his pay check.
His brother was crippled, numb from the waist down, used a bladder bag, and walked with a cane.Larson's claimes his father's sawmill business as part of the length of time for his business. The man is a complete disgrace.

The foundation of our home is cracked in two places. Larson believes that calk fixes this, it doesn't.
Our basement leaks constantly, our home is only 3 years old. Workers have fixed the issue twice, but it still leaks. The house is poorly insulated.
His staff has stolen from home owners during so called repairs. One staff even has an ankle braclet from prison.

Lee Larson pretends to be a Christian businessman. He uses cheap materials and his homes have leaky basements and freezing pipes if you have a bathroom oner top your garage.
Most of the employees are from Cecil County Detention Center. One of the employees has even showed up on the porches of the homes he helped build to beg for money. The driveways are poorly completed by Larson's untrained staff. Sidewalks are cracked within months.
Bath tubs leaking through ceilings, poorly built, unfinished decks, and poorly designed floor plans are also present in the homes on Lee Way in Larson's Reserves.
Numerous homes have had heating and air conditioning issues requiring repeat service calls. When Lee Larson is contacted it takes many calls to get answers or service.DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM LARSON CUSTOM HOMES!!!!!

Not only that but he operates under all these different companies because he gets do many complaints and owes the whole world money. Be careful!
I just bought home from him and everything being said is just false, I hope you look deep into yourselves before you start calling people out of their character. He's one of the most honest people I've dealt with, I just think sometimes with people don't get their way on extra's.

Lee Larson is a theft that hides behind the Bible ( the worst) he is ignorant to you. Disrespectful, and a liar.
He buries trash on property so he does have to pay to properly dispose of . He stole a door that he told me I had to buy. When I complained about the roof I found to be buckled he told me it was industry standard and sorry about your luck.
He wanted us to get a construction loan for the home he already had built after we made deposit. When we told him no he had his realtor call our mortgage company to tell them our current home may not be worth enough to cover the down payment so we would have to go with his loan Company.
