Larry Pitts and Associates

I found doing business with Larry and his staff to be a pleasure. My case was not one where they were going to make a ton of money, but I was certainly treated like a valued customer.

I was never kept waiting, whether it was an in-person appointment or a phone call. During my initial meeting with Larry, he gave me his undivided attention, not taking phone calls or any other interruptions.

During the several months that it took to settle my case, my case manager at Larry's office was in touch with me weekly. I really don't know how they could improve their services. My experience was nothing but pleasant.

I can't believe I'm seeing Larry here. I just had a case that he settled for me, and I found the entire staff to be very professional, and very considerate.

They kept in touch with me via email regularly. I never had to call them for info on my case. I also received a much larger settlement than originally estimated. So Larry was very effective, the check was issued right away, and I enjoyed doing business with the whole office.

I don't consider myself easy to please, I expect great service, courtesy and respect when I'm paying a professional, and I received all of that. I'd recommend Larry to anyone.

Larry Pitt hashed out a settlement for me that was 10 times what other attorneys told me to expect. He took a little longer than others had estimated, but, hey, I'm not complaining! His staff sent me regular email updates, so I knew what was going on. All in all, terrific service and fantastic results.

I guess talking to other lawyers first lowered my expectations - they weren't very positive about the outcome they could offer. However, when I talked with Larry, he was optimistic and confident from the get-go. And, he delivered.

I have to say, this was the best legal experience I've ever had.

STAY AWAY!!!! I have never dealt with a less compitant office in my life!

Do not try to contact the office on Friday's it's party time!! No one returns calls. Do they care that you are the client! First they want to charge for an accient case 40 %, the norm is 33 - 35%.

That was even ok, but you would think you will be treated with respect. Any problems you need to talk to office manager Phyllis, which I had to do numberous occations. I was able to reduce the fee to 30% due to their lack of communication you would think that would make them be more helpfull. I had to stay on top of everything.

Only when I pulled the case did they try to do something. I left several calls for Larry Pitt, NO CALL BACK!! SUPRISE. I am close to settling the case if they do not blow it.

They do not even tell you whant they are trying to settle the case for? I worked for an attorny that is discussed with you first before trying to settle with the oter side.

They said against company rules to tell us the number they are requesting. Do yourselves a favor and stay away, there are many other professionals that you can turn your case too.
