STAY AWAY!!!! I have never dealt with a less compitant office in my life!
Do not try to contact the office on Friday's it's party time!! No one returns calls. Do they care that you are the client! First they want to charge for an accient case 40 %, the norm is 33 - 35%.
That was even ok, but you would think you will be treated with respect. Any problems you need to talk to office manager Phyllis, which I had to do numberous occations. I was able to reduce the fee to 30% due to their lack of communication you would think that would make them be more helpfull. I had to stay on top of everything.
Only when I pulled the case did they try to do something. I left several calls for Larry Pitt, NO CALL BACK!! SUPRISE. I am close to settling the case if they do not blow it.
They do not even tell you whant they are trying to settle the case for? I worked for an attorny that is discussed with you first before trying to settle with the oter side.
They said against company rules to tell us the number they are requesting. Do yourselves a favor and stay away, there are many other professionals that you can turn your case too.

I have been employed by Larry Pitt & Associates for many years. I am very sorry you had a bad experience with our office.
Mr. Pitt, our office manager and our entire staff always prides itself on the fine services and communication that we provide to clients. Unfortunately, as I am sure you can agree, our office, just like every other office, cannot please everyone.
If we are made aware that a client has difficulty or conflict with our office staff or the way we handle a case, we do our best to make all accommodations to rectify the situation in favor of the client. Once again, my sincere apologies that you had a bad experience with our office.
