Horrible Customer Service and Finance dept

Buying a new vehicle via internet and communicating with sales person for a cash deal turns into horrible experience and waiting over 2.5 hours to get into the Finance dept.

My wife and I found a vehicle on EBay. We contacted Larry Miller Toyota in Peoria, Az and they were willing to buy the vehicle off EBay and trade ours in and purchase the vehicle we found. They never followed up with me and told me the seller never came through. A week later we had received a text message from the sales rep we were dealing with Cody alerting us they received one. I told him that was the one we found. Cody did some investigating and the dealership purchased the vehicle behind my back for the “Miller family”. One week later my wife and I were driving past the dealership and saw the vehicle on the curb for sale. We immediately pulled into the dealership and spoke to the salesperson where he gave us the cold shoulder and played dumb that it was the same vehicle. We went into the GM office Jay Carly and he was doing the deal on his own because of the bad experience. The deal was finalized and Jay went into the sales office to grab the paperwork to close the deal. One of his staff advised Jay that we were the couple who gave them a bad survey. Jay came into his office with a whole different demeanor and passionately (cussing) told me that he does not sell to people who give him a bad survey. I was caught off guard because we have always had a good standing relationship and for him to deny my business because of a survey. I do not want any customer to experience the embarrassment and discrimination that my wife and I went through that day. I attempted to contact the LHM Corp office and they were just as bad. Julie Davis the Customer Relations Specialist of course covered their tracks and turned into something else that was not a determining factor. When Julie was cornered, she disconnected the call and said her headset died LOL (Oldest trick in the book) I called her back and that was the lame excuse she gave me. Typically, when a call is disconnected you immediately contact them back. Needless to say, if their corporate office conducts business that way, why would they care about the service I had in their dealership. There are plenty of dealerships who want to conduct business with someone with an 800+ credit score their loss.

Dealer selling toyota camry LE after negotiating for XLE

I went to larry miller toyota in peoria to buy a toyota camry hybrid XLE, test drove a XLE vehicle with silver color and asked the sales assistant about the specifications and i asked him if its a basic model and he said yes and i specifically asked him if it comes with a GPS and rear view camera he said yes it comes in basic model, we came back and sat down for negotiating and i finalized the price and then i asked him to bring the color i wanted which is metallic grey and he bought the car and i asked him if i could look at the car before i sign the papers and it turned out to be an LE basic model, then i asked him if he got the car by mistake and he said no this is what we negotiated for, i said the car i drove is an XLE and that what we were talking about all this time and then he tells me that for the price we negotiated i get an LE not XLE. Then i asked him how we could solve this and i asked him what i have to pay to get an XLE and after negotiating again for a higher price they still tried to sell me a different color car with no GPS in the car this time. I signed all the papers and then went to look at the car and it turned out to be a different specification with a complete different interior and exterior color too.. Then they go i can walk away if i don't need the car and i don't have to make a deal.
