You let a dealership charge me 2,800.00 dollars. For a warranty I had I told you they said I was buy the 1000,000 mile drivetrain and motor and you did nothing to Larry H Miller used cars in sandy utah I even gave you their name and her number.

Yet nothing been done. My warranty is still screwed and Im still out 2,800.00 dollars. Then you said youd put a a fuel tank strap.

And exhaust Gasket on my Ram 1500 ****. So far yes you did the tank strap and nothing to the dealership or the exhaust Gasket

Thank You

Larry H Miller used car supermarket in Sandy is a shady, unethical business!!!

Our experience with this dealership began a little over 2 years ago. We purchased a vehicle as first time buyers with a co signer and a down payment of $1,500.00. The finance process was an absoulute nightmare.

We signed paper work 4 seperate times for our vehicle as first time car buyers we did not know what to expect and later learned from others that we were very much jerked around and taken advantage of.

The first time we signed paperwork we believed that we were walking away as purchasers of a new vehicle but soon learned we were not and that they were still working on getting us approved even after walking off the lot with the vehicle.

They told us that we would not be able to use our co signer since she did not live with us and that if we wanted to keep the vehicle that we would need to come up with an additional $1,500 towards the down payment to keep the vehicle, We did as requested and came up with the additonal amount, and signed the final paperwork.

5 months later our payment did not withdrawl from our account for our vehicle we contacted the financing company to find out why and they informed us that the dealership had purchased our car back and that we would need to proceed with the financing process yet again!!!

When we visited the dealership they said the financing that they set up for us had fallen through and that if we wanted to keep the vehicle that they would need to procceed with the finacing process again but that they would not require a down payment. What they didn't tell us is that our previous down payment and 5 months worth of payments would not be applied to the vehicle in the new financing.

Knowing that we needed our vehicle we began the finance process all over again they finally got us approved but we soon found that we were over $5000.00 upside down in the vehicle since our down payment and previous payments were not applied in the final financing.

1 year later we found ourselves in need of a larger vehicle we searched high and low for a dealership that would help us get out of the current vehicle we were in nobody would help us due to having so much negative equity in the current vehilce that Larry H Miller sold us. Unless we came up with a down payment equal to the amount on the negative equity.

Also as first time buyers and it being our first vehicle we did not have much credit built up which was also why other dealships were not willing to work with us.

We returned back to Larry H. Miller Used Supermarket in Sandy and asked them if they could help us since they had made it impossible for us to get out of the vehicle.

They informed us that we would need to make 8 more payments on our current vehicle and then they would look into helping us and making our 2nd experience much better then the first.

We returned a year later with a significant down payment, and with no hesitiation the dealership said they would help us and get us into the larger vehicle we were in need of. We choose the vehicle and signed paperwork and were then told we would be contacted in a week to sign final paperwork.

We were not called, after waiting a week and a half we returned back to the dealership frustrated that they had not followed through on there word yet again. Giving them a second chance to make our experience better was a bad choice on our part. While at the dealership the sales manager Mike said that the finance lady was on vacation and the paperwork would be done that week and he would contact us.

Again we were not called. We contacted them and were again given another excuse for why it was not complete. Long story short we called time after time and given excuse after excuse.

They reassured us time after time that we would be approved but after 3 weeks of this nonsense they called us and said to bring back the vehicle because we were not approved.

This same yo-yo financing practice has also happened to some of our friends and family at another Larry H miller dealerships.

The Larry H Miller Automotive Group has very shady finance practices and as first time buyers they made car buying the worst experience for us. Avoid financing a vehicle from them at all costs or you will find yourself dealing with a nightmare of an experience.

We purchased from Larry Miller Dodge in Phoenix and it was great.

Not only did we not have great credit but they worked long and hard and found us a great deal and the lowest possible interest. we only got called back because they found better financing and lowered our payment by almost 85.00 a month.

Not to mention bought a 2012 Dodge Ram 4 door loaded with 43,000 miles for 19,500.00 after extended warranty, gap , one year service and the full package. :zzz
