Worst Dealership Ever!

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! My experience with this dealership was nothing short of a nightmare.

Communication was a major issue, forcing me to escalate my concerns to the regional manager just to get answers. It's mind-boggling that it took a painstaking 4 months to have my Jeep serviced. During this time, I was left without a car to drive, received very little updates and their voicemail was consistently full. The unprofessional behavior from staff, especially Kristyn, was unacceptable.

What's even more frustrating is that neither Jud nor the general manager bothered to respond to my numerous attempts to seek assistance. Once the vehicle was done being serviced, I sold the vehicle back to them. Big mistake. I signed all the paperwork and finished everything on my end.

I thought everything was good and that we were all set. Then for over 3 weeks, I was being contacted by the loan company saying debt collectors would be calling me soon and that my account was not closed. No one at the dealership responded to me and I had to contact the regional manager to get this resolved.

I couldnt wait for this to be over and hope that this never happens to anyone else here. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your automotive needs; this place is a disappointment.

I wish I would have read your comment prior to buying my car. I bought it because I love the Jeep brand.

I have two. Indeed I bought a car sold AS-IS but no one ever thinks that a dealership as established as Larry H Miller would need to sell someone a lemon and with so many problems.

Larry H Miller Jeep in Aurora CO Service Department Extremely Poor Response!

Having been in customer service for over 35+ years I understand the concept. I was shocked by the lack of concern by all the service writers and service manager at Larry H Miller Jeep.

They said a routine service (oil change/tire rotation) would take 2 1/2 days, which I thought was high to begin with, after a week of no communication I attempted to call. 4 attempts to speak to a service writer resulted in 4 voice mail messages and no responses. After that frustration I attempted to reach the service manager, 30 voice mails and zero responses was the result. 2 1/2 weeks later I received a text message the new car was ready.

Requested a customer service survey and was informed the they didn't provide them?? Was given the manufacturer # 800-992-**** which didn't work???/?No

Currently dealing with bad services

My complaint is that everytime I ask my service advisor Robbie a straight forward question he answers with an evasive statement then questions me back then talks about payment. Lied and said my Jeep would be done today as long as everything comes back good.

When I already knew that it wasnt gonna happen because they thought it was the battery when Ive expressed multiple times that I had it diagnosed and its saying theres no pressure. Instead of focusing on that they wanted to start by just swapping the battery out. Regardless dead battery or not the batter wasnt the issue and I shouldnt had to wait 3 weeks for them to just tell me the same things I already know.

Now all of a sudden I have a 2800 dollar tab that Id have to approve of in order for them to actually start fixing my Jeep. Let me remind you its been there since 3/08/2023 its now 3/21/2023

Not being listened to by manager

When my husband took our car to get key bobs tekey and they could not do it. One of the service rrp jumped our car wrong and the Manger engorged what I was saying and assumed that the car was at fault.

Well yes we had minor problems. But after the car was jumped wrong we lost access to open the door with key Bob, we lost the interior light, and a bran new taido. All this was working when we dropped it off. This tells me they wanted work or us to by a new car.

And I really cannot afford either. So I feel this larry Miller in Thornton on 104 needs to oay for all repairs. I WI bectaking the car in an July 12th.

But I feel the store needs to pay fir those repairs. Due to neglance worker.
