Poor customer service

To whom it may concern, My name is Lucero Guerrero and I would like to submit a formal complaint about a service we received on April 29th, 2019. My son took our car for a routine oil change. We always have a 3/30 plan for our cars and use the service provided by Larry H. Miller in Bountiful. My son has taken the car multiple times for the same service over the last couple of years and never had the problem he faced that day. Unfortunately, at the end of the service my son was surprised with a $234.97 charge because the dealership apparently did some inspection without been asked. Obviously, my son was confused and trying to avoid any conflict he paid the full charge. I went to the dealership to talk to a manager expecting that a manager would listen and understand my concerns. I spoke with Mr. Todd Holt who after a brief conversation and a rush attitude said, “if you treat me nicely, maybe I would give you half of the money back”. I consider Mr. Holt’s words offensive and they certainly show a very poor customer service. I would like to submit a formal complaint against Mr. Holt and request a complete refund of the money paid for a service we did not ask or at least were misinformed. Thank you for your time and I am expecting this case to be taken seriously this time

Larry H Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Bountiful - 2013 Chrysler 200 Car Review

I have a 2013 chrysler 200 The vehicle on several occasions while driving down the road with speeds up to 80mph will just completely lose power which in most higher speed rates will *** extremely hard which is a complete danger to those inside . The check engine light comes on but won't stay on long enough to get it to the dealership which is 80 miles for me to take it. Without that check engine light I'm told nothing can be done. I'm passed cause I feel my car is a complete danger to me and all I hear is nothing can be done!!!! I have pics of the engine light on with the mileage which is under 20000..

Not related to the review of the company, but you can get one of those obd2 readers that connects to an app on your smartphone, for around $10-$30. That way you can get the error codes off to give to the dealer.

Larry h miller chrysler jeep in utah

I bought a brand new 40k jeep 2months ago someone put something in gas tank and it will be covered by insurance but no one down there cares to return calls to me or my insurance agent they have had my jeep for over 20 days now saying still no test results from headquarters on testing im beyond more than pissed paying 700 dollars month jeep i dnt have n they dont care. For *** sakes you can destroy your care n have it toatally rebuilt n back by now should not take this long for a test amymoser3170@***.com
