Dodge refused to Repair Parts Under Warranty and Destroyed car in Dodge Shop and Ruined my Life

ALL DODGE DEALERSHIPS REFUSE TO HONOR DODGE'S 2-YEAR PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY - EVEN IF WORK IS DONE AT OTHER DODGE DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE DODGE EMPLOYEES ARE RUTtHLESS PSYCHOTIC CRIMINALS WHO TRY TO BREAK CUSTOMERS CARS, HOLD CARS iN NEBULUS BONDAGE w/NO REPAIRS MADE TO RUIN THEIR CUSTOMER'S LIVES SO THEY ARE STUCK WiTH DODGE/CHRYSLER VEHICLES & FINANCIALLY IMPAIRED BECAUSE OF ThE LAZY *** EMPLOYEES @ DODGEs all Dodge's fault !! Overheating issues possibly due to incompetent work performed at Larry H. Miller Dodge on Lomas in Albuquerque in January, 2022. While car was in their shop over 2 wks having head gaskets & cylinder replaced, they damaged/destroyed the Idler Pulley, Automatic Tensioner & V-ribbed belt, & lied about what they did forcing me to take car to a Non-Dodge mechanic to make those repairs & pay for it. Both ABQ Dodge dealerships denied hearing the noises to avoid doing the repairs Josh Ervin, their star Service Adviser, lied about not hearing the loud bird-chirping noises each of the 7 times I took the car back to Josh. LHM was written up w/BBB which infuriated Fernando Ruiz, Mgr of LHM Service Dept. On Sept 8, 2022 car towed to LHM DODGE after Jordyn Castellano at LHM CHRYSLER presented a deceitful bill for $350 for a 15-minute Block Test, Promised a phone call w/results w/in 1 hour of appt. Kept car 3 days never returned calls.; looked like she PUKED all over clean engine to make it look like she had done a lot of testing. Lied said car was fine. .

Previous non-Dodge mechanic performed Block Test said car failed Block Test. Said car had to be taken to a Dodge Dealership (Sept. 2022. Now it is May 5, 3023). ABQ Melloy Dodge wouldnt help because 1st overheating appt JASON SANChEZ SERVICE MGR FOUND A WAY TO CREATE A BILL FOR $930.86 - CASH ONLY (WHICH JASON SANChEZ GIFTED TO HIMSELF); ;NO

ALLOWED ON WORK THEY'vE EVER DONE & NEVER COME BACk AGAIN OR JASON SAID HE'D CALL POLICE! - What? Why?. Next day car overheated again. After dumb appt w/ Jordyn Castellano, car towed to . Fernando Ruiz, Mgr of LHM Service Dept who shouted as car was unloadeing to take my car off his lot & don't come back or he'd call police! What? Is there a problem w/ego here? Per instruction from Warranty Company, car had to go to a Dodge dealership per Dodge's Lying 2-Year Parts & Labor Warranty to ANY Dodge dealership. Are mechanics at Dodge lazy or stupid - in addition to having ego problems?

No other choice but to spend &945.00 to rent U-haul Car to tow car to Dodge in Oklahoma City; 8 days in hotel & Dodge really didn't do much except clean up the mess in the engine made by Jordyn Castellano for $200 & burp Radiator for close to $200. They also test drove car 3 times (64 miles round trip) to Shawnee, Ok & around town w/out my permission & around town - which ate up a huge number of miles on the extended warranty --while having NO intention of replacing head gaskets/master cylinder/water pump under warranty or replace the engine. When car 1st towed to Dodge in Los Lunas for appt February 6, 2023, Brian Crowe kept me waiting in rental car 8 days before finally deciding to replace radiator & thermostat - but not water pump (replaced at ABQ MElloy Dodge that has been stinking up engine - for a total of 10 days in a rental car for $257.00. Brian Crowe refused to allow a loaner car. Refused to discuss tests to determine cause of engine overheating & coolant leak. Car continued to have problems & taken back there 5 times into the end of April, 2023 when they finally broke the engine in their shop; put a dent in side of car in their shop; returned car out of warranty & not driveable. After almost 3 months wasting time there, broken car had to be towed back to ABQ. This isn't deserved. Life is ruined. $8800 pissed away because of Dodge. {{Redacted}}
