I repeatedly asked for a return or exchange label and again got no response. I get a recorded message with no promised follow-up as promised.

I have been emailing, texting, and calling for over a week. All I want is a return label. I get the same useless email and no satisfaction from Larroude.

Never received product
no response as of yet. not overly confident I will get one. At least I used paypal if have to file formal complaint and get money back
Very poor customer service in terms of shipping
- - No shipment confirmation after placing the order 2 days ago.
- - Shipping would be delayed 7 days due to Brazil-US routing, plus 3-5 days to the home address.
I made the order 2 days ago, and never received any confirmation as to when they are will be shipped. So I followed up with a phone call, waited, and was told that the item would not be shipped until another 7 days' wait because the products need to be shipped from Brazil to the US first.
Then US to my home address (that's another 3-5 day). I was not happy for such lack of transparency at all!
