Manager at Larose.com needs to learn customer service ettiquette

Sad to say, I obtained the services of this online floral service and was deeply disappointed in the behavior of the so called "manager". I had ordered an arrangement for the death of my sisters child to be delivered on a specific date (this is obvious). On the website it states what day and time you wish for the delivery to be made which I specified. And then, I was directed to a payment page which routed me to paypal. My sister awaited the arrival of the arrangement but no arrangement. I called and spoke to a lovely woman who attempted to find my order and said that it was delivered. She then corrected herself and said that it was not. Next, the manager (again, so called) proceeded to tell me that I was wrong and that it was sent out on that date but that this was not the arrival date. I informed him as to what I experienced on the internet with this process stating that there was indeed a page stating when you wish for arrival. This *** proceeded to say I was wrong. He then went on to ask if I wanted my money back? Really? That's your solution? He was well aware that this was for the memorial of a child but didn't find it in his small brain to apologize even once for the entire ordeal. He then went on to say that I was just talking in circles and said, "what do you want me to do"? I wanted to say, "drop dead ***". But I told him that it was too late to change my order since it was past due. He next proceeded to tell me that I was the only person out of 1000 people who didn't see it state that there is additional time depending on your intended delivery address. My mother always said, you don't need to be educated to have manners but I guess he proves her wrong. In the end, I said that I would never do business with this website again and his comment was, "yeah, fine". In essence, if you value your loved one's memories, choose a florist that has knowledge, compassion, intellect and the and insight. If I keep one person from going through the same ordeal just by reading this review, then I will be more then satisfied.
