LARK Wristband
- - Purchased LarkLife in July; poor service and email replies.
- - Box opened and worn night band; return required and $15 open-box fee; refund in Sept.
DON'T BUY FROM LARK TECHNOLOGIES I purchased the LarkLife product in July and had terrible service. They have NO phones numbers [should have been 1st clue] and are very slow to answer emails.
I got the product and the box was already 'opened' and the 'night band' looked like it had been worn. I had to fight to an authorization number to return. Then they said they would charge me $15.00 for "open box" ...
After about 7 to 8 emails stating why I should NOT be charge this I finally got a refund in September....less the $15.00.
