I purchased a queen futon in August the frame is already cracked I was told by one person to keep it or donate it then I was told to send it back which I dont have the boxes they will not refund my money

Purchased a sofa , received made quite cheep , needless to say used 3 days and already a pile of *** Weres a contact number for Lark manor? Email ? Will be contacting only number I have we're I purchased come Monday. I refuse to pay for a pile of *** .
