Large School District

I I work for District 5 schools in Spartanburg South Carolina as a custodian. I was let go with that job we had a retirement fund that was mandatory really taking out of our pic. I was waiting on my refund which took me forever to get that accomplished because it's like they string you along and make things harder than they need to be. But I had one months ago waiting on my refund when I started back working for the school district at a different School oh, I noticed on an email I received at my refund has been cancelled I for two months try to get in contact and get that matter dealt with on finding out why finally yesterday, February 16th 2022 I called the retirement company and they told me because I started back working at that school district at automatically cancels out my refund and I was not going to get my money until I either retired or quit job. But I can quit my job wait for my refund and then the back to work. For having to struggle and deal with this matter literally four months exactly I was beyond frustrated at that point before I had made the phone call I had sent an email to the retirement company that did have curse words in it, and did name several employees at the school district office that I had spoken to or win in regards to signing the refund release paperwork, and the names of the people I spoke to at the retirement company, I in no way cussed out those employees nor threatened. But the email did contain curse words. That email was forwarded on to the school district office. They told me I was fired because of that email. I did that email by using talk to text on my phone so Every curse word I said would have the first letter of the word and then the rest of the letters for the curse word would be the star, or astrix. It was never spelled out. Plus that email was directed to and all pertained to the retirement company in regards to my refund dilemma. Nothing more. I don't understand why I was fired from that email that was nothing to do with the school. And furthermore what happened to our fifth amendment right, freedom of speech. I was also banned for life from any school property in District 5 because of all of that as well
