We purchased a 7.5 womens boots. $140.
Shortly after getting them and trying to wear them, my teen complained they hurt her feet. Specifically the left one. Assumed it was bad sizing on our end. A friend tried them on and we discovered we actually have two different size boots despite the tags matching and both saying a 7.5.
The left one is obviously a 6.5/7. Cant get a real live person to talk to.

The boots are tear apart . The heel has got holes in the bottom and the seams are coming apart. They do not support his ankles .they were 9.5d and model 68398 they are not worth the money I paid for them

Very poor service and bad quality. I bought a new pair of boots at Bootbarn.
They are usually really good quality, havent had an issue with them until recently. I usually buy Ariet brand, but this time I tried Laredo. The sole of the boot came off the first day I used them. I went to Bootbarn , they told me they will not exchange them even though it was a manufacturer issue, I tried to contact Laredo company and I didnt get a response, I wasnt able to speak with a life person.
I pay over $165 for this boots, including tax, and they didnt last even a day. I bought them for work and they supposed to be heavy duty.

Did not get a confirmation for the order I placed and I cannot set up an account. I tried yesterday to place an order and set up an account and I have also tried this morning placing order and set up an account and still yet I have not got a confirmation or nobody's ever contacted me you have my credit card numbers and if I do not hear from no one I will call the credit card company and dispute anything that's on there

I bought my husband a pair of leardos boots they was 179.00 and he wore them 3 days and the bottom of the boot the heel part come off completely. Tried to take them back to the store. Store told me to contact laredo for a new pair.

Never received Boot order
I ordered Larado Boots for myself which I have yet to receive. It's been over a year.I shopped around,and this was the very best price but if it's not real, what's the differeance.
I've attempted to call but have never gotten to speak to a live person. I think this is a phony sight. Now I'm being told I need to write at least 100 letters to be accepted. Nothing else needs to be said.
