I went to one of your stores in San Marcos, Texas on IH 35 and I ordered from the restaurant. The lady who was serving me was extremely rude, and she was also rude to the people that were in front of me.
While somebody was taking the order of the people in front of me, she asked me what I wanted, and I told her. She proceeded to make one of those big Frito pies and then took it up to the front, skipping the customers that were right in front of me. When I walked up to her, I said I'm still waiting for the rest of the order. She shrugged her shoulders and told me to hold my bag because she couldn't hold it.
After seven more minutes, I got my second order. I had to get back in line, holding the Frito pie in my hand. By the time I got back up to her to get my ticket, the Frito pie was very cold. When I told her it was cold, she shrugged her shoulders.
I asked her why she was being so rude, and she said, 'Yeah, yeah.' All of this is on camera. An older gentleman came to me and said that she was also rude to him and his wife. Her name is Gloria. I was shaking when I left that store.
I left with half my order, and she couldn't have cared less. I go to this restaurant three times a week, and that was not treating the customer right. She was rude to me, to the people in front of me, and a man behind me. When somebody smiled and asked her how she was, she wouldn't even acknowledge them.
She was just plain old rude to everybody. When I told her I didn't want the cold Frito pie, she said, 'That's fine with me.' No offer to make me another, nothing like that. Just shrugged her shoulders and said, 'That's fine with me.' She should not be in customer service if she's going to be rude to customers. Donation was by manager said no more donations unless church
Manager was obstinate about donation for speech therapy month. She insisted on 8 tacos instead of the 10 corporate approved. She gave me the tacos with conditions...no more donations She said the owner had told her to tell me.

Upset they wouldn't make me the two for 5 burritos you advertise

Your service is not good, been going for a year and try to get 2 for $5 breakfast burrito and always bay more !@ tryed to get burritos today and they couldn't simply put eggs and potatoes on a burrito !!
