This company sells computers through amazon and they are not smart enough to know the difference between an Active Pen and a stylus. When called out on it, their response was, "oops, a different seller must have altered the listing." They took no responsibility for the screw up and I now have a $900 paper weight.

I PURCHASED A HP 17" LAPTOP FROM THEM & IT DID NOT COME FACTORY SEALED LIKE IT NORMALLY SHOULD IT WAS JUST IN A BOX W/THE FOAM. THE COMPUTER ITSELF WAS SO SLOW & DID NOT COME W/THE NORTON ANTI VIRUS SO I RETURNED IT AS IT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED.
I HAD PAYROLL DECUCTION & RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING MY REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED & AFTER WAITING ABOUT A MONTH NO REFUND SO I CALLED THEM & THEY TOLD ME IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFUND I HAD TO CONTACT THEM & REQUEST IT!!!! SINCE WHEN DO YOU HAVE TO CONTACT A COMPANY & ASK FOR THEM TO RETURN YOUR MONEY!!!!! I'D THINK TWICE ABOUT ORDERING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!

I purchased a laptop June 9th from Staples. It was great for 2 weeks and then would just go off when I was in the middle of an email or spreadsheet.
I would try and get it to go back on again and it wouldn't until it was good and ready. I brought it back and now the 2nd laptop is doing the same thing. Do you have any idea what is wrong?
I love the laptop when it is working. But this new one is going off whenever it wants and the only way I can get it to go back on is pick it up and tilt it.
