I have been trying in vain for weeks to contact someone. I have the wrong keyboard for my laptop. I need to exchange it for the correct one. I can't give a bad review on their products, but I feel customer service needs a lot of work!

Laptop Hard Drive
I ordered a hard drive for my laptop from this dishonest company...of which I will never deal with again!They not only sent the wrong hard drive but really had absolutely no idea which drive to send! They were aware of what kind of laptop I had and claimed they 'always' sent the right part 100% guaranteed! Well then all turned to the worse! I sent the package back to them. They had the drive for 7 days! Then the drive suddenly disappeared and (a??? package) went back into the USPS system. It seems to be stuck in the USPS system now. The stats below:____________________________________________ I returned the package. 940010****937418****13 2. The package was delivered to them on: Delivered, January 11, 2013, 12:51 pm, UPLAND, CA 91786 3. The package was either forwarded or something because they had it for 7 days: Acceptance, January 17, 2013, 5:14 pm, UPLAND, CA 91786 4. The package is now somewhere in Minnesota: Sorting Complete, January 22, 2013, 8:51 am HINCKLEY, MN 55037 __________________________________________________ owe me $92.38 USD. They have no intention of refunding. I believe they have the drive in hand...it is the box that is lost. Not an honest company.
