Horrible Customer Service
No phone lines at all. So there's no way to call if you have a question about your order.
They say to email them if you have a question but I've emailed twice and ZERO response.
I don't to business with companies who put zero effort into customer service. There are too many companies like that already.

NI've ordered a hardrive about a month and half ago and never received it. It says on USPS online it has been successfully delivered to the wrong address (in Henderson, NV, USA).
I live at Saint-Jérôme, QC, Canada. It's not even close. I tried to reach them many times, but never got any response. I sent emails, I tried to call them too.
It's impossible to reach anyone from this company. I asked for a refund, and they have not answered me yet.
I suspect this website to be a scam. I can't load the receipt I've received by email.

I ordered an item that has been apparently delivered at the wrong address according to USPS online. More precisely to Henderson, NV, USA and I live at Saint-Jerome, QC, Canada.
It is not even close. I failed contacting the company. They never returned my emails and calls.
Its seems to be a scam. I am now trying to get refund.

Wrong Battery
Sent me wrong laptop battery. No phone numbers on Website.
Can't get an email to go through on their contact form. So, are they a bunch of scammers?

I have been trying in vain for weeks to contact someone. I have the wrong keyboard for my laptop.
I need to exchange it for the correct one. I can't give a bad review on their products, but I feel customer service needs a lot of work!

Laptop Hard Drive
I ordered a hard drive for my laptop from this dishonest company...of which I will never deal with again!They not only sent the wrong hard drive but really had absolutely no idea which drive to send! They were aware of what kind of laptop I had and claimed they 'always' sent the right part 100% guaranteed!
Well then all turned to the worse! I sent the package back to them. They had the drive for 7 days! Then the drive suddenly disappeared and (a???
package) went back into the USPS system. It seems to be stuck in the USPS system now. The stats below:____________________________________________ I returned the package. 940010****937418****13 2.
The package was delivered to them on: Delivered, January 11, 2013, 12:51 pm, UPLAND, CA 91786 3. The package was either forwarded or something because they had it for 7 days: Acceptance, January 17, 2013, 5:14 pm, UPLAND, CA 91786 4. The package is now somewhere in Minnesota: Sorting Complete, January 22, 2013, 8:51 am HINCKLEY, MN 55037 __________________________________________________ owe me $92.38 USD. They have no intention of refunding.
I believe they have the drive in hand...it is the box that is lost. Not an honest company.
