I ORDERED A CHARGER FOR A LAPTOP AND THEN DISCOVERED THE PIN TO WITCH IT CONNECTS HAD BROKEN LOSE. I FIRST SENT AN AN EMAIL TO YOUR COMPANY ASKING THAT YOU CANCEL THE ORDER.
THEN TO MAKE SURE I CALLED TO CANCEL THE ORDER. THE REPRESENTATIVE I TALKED TO SAID HE COULDN'T CANCEL THE ORDER. ALL OF THIS TOOK NO MORE THAN 15 MINS.
I WANT THE ORDER CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY EMAIL WHEN IT HAS BEEN CANCLED!

Unreliable delivery
I needed a new laptop charger and ordered one with next day delivery. After 5 days I had not received the new charger, which apparently had only been sent for shipment after 4 days.
I lost a lot of productive time at work because of the delay.
This company seems to have issues meeting order demands or keeping track of orders. If you're in a hurry for your laptop charger, I'd look elsewhere.

They are not 100% money back. I have been trying for days to return a charger they refuse on telling me how they just keep trying to ask me if I want a replacement. I will be placing a complaint with the better business burro as well as giving bad ratings anywhere I can.
I am a single mom and hope you feel good about screwing me over. What terrible people you are!!!!!

ordered charger for computer for 29 and then they never delivered. when I called to find out about my order they said the cost would be 60 so I paid the difference and got the wrong charger 4 days later. Now I can't send it back and can't get a refund UHGG!

I ordered a charger, and they said they didn't have the one I wanted
then I decided to order it somewhere else. They found the correct charger about 2 days later and I tried to cancel it but, they said it was too late.
They are supposed to have a free return and refund within 30 days but no one would give me the address label or where to ship it,
After many phone calls, each person I spoke to promised to get back to me with the address. Never got it. I found the factory address and sent it, I kept the tracking info and am still arguing with them? Really!!
You can get a charger much faster and cheaper from Amazon, shame on me! However, I really hate it when a company takes advantage of me!!

Failed to deliver on time
Ordered charger from Laptop Charger Factory because they guaranteed delivery by 5/24 and I was only in the house till 5/25. They did not deliver till 5/26, then after a week of arguing, they said I could return the charger.
What was I supposed to do, fly back to the house so I could return if.
Very disappointed. Find somewhere else to buy from.

Swptember 27 ordered a Toshiba power Adapter. Item to be shipped in five days.
It is now Octobeer 12, I haven't received the article or explanaton for the delay. Called today, was put on hold for oveer 25 minutes, again no excuse or exlplanation for the long wait
I will report it to the credit card company and demand a refund.

Received only cord, no charger. Called, told charger sent separately, would arrive a week later.
I bought a laptop charger for $29, to replace a cheaper one from Amazon that only worked for a couple of weeks. I received only the cord and when I contacted them they said the charger would arrive via FedEx a week later.
It was clearly their mistake to have sent the cord only but when I complained the only "compensation" I got was that I wouldn't be charged for FedEx (which was caused by their mistake, not mine). I asked for overnight delivery but got no satisfaction on that, so I said I wanted a refund. They said I should contact them when I received the charger. I wonder if they'll tell me to ship it back at my own cost?
At this point, I don't trust them any more.
The charger is supposed to have a one-year warranty, but if this is how they deal with their own mistakes, I don't trust that they'll make it easy for me to get a replacement, should this one fail before a year is up. I would appreciate any suggestions.

Bad dealings
I purchased on line a charger for my computer from the Laptop Charger Factory Company and the charger worked for about 2 months so I contacted them because they had a year's warranty.
They told me that I could buy another charger for $18.00 plus pay shipping.
I didn't know it at the time but they had purchased the charger from another organization(Amazon) for about $8.00 until I inquired.
Here is the last contact I had with them. I did not buy another charger because they tried to rip me off . I wrote back to them:
"Ok so you want me to return the charger to Amazon. I bought it from you for $22.00.
You want me to pay the shipping to Amazon roughly 7.00 for the bad one. The value of the charger on the Amazon return is $7.99 and you want me to pay you $8.00 to ship a new one from wherever you are(California I assume). So I paid you $22.00 for a $8.00 item and you shipped it to me for roughly $8.00 and now you want me to buy another one from your company? I don't think so. I will go to a local vendor and buy one without a lot of flimflam.
