I ordered a laptop battery from Laptopbatteryone and it did not fit my Lenovo. Did a search on their site and clicked the "add to cart button" and proceeded to the checkout.

When the battery arrived it clearly did not fit as the casing/mold was different. I then contacted customer service and emailed multiple pictures showing the differences in the plastics. They then told me that I did not scroll further down the ordering page. It clearly says STOP and compare numbers.

If that STOP would have been located prior to ordering I would have investigated further. Choosing a battery after a search is not enough with them. Careful when ordering from these people.

I am sending it back and expect a full refund. Poor business practices on their part.

Laptop Battery One Product Fail, Bad Customer Service

Their product for my HP computer failed TWICE. It would not hold a charge and their replacement fell out.

The worst part is that their customer service was horrible. Each time they would promise to issue another battery or refund. They would not follow through. Every time I had to call back and tell my story all over again.

And they would promise again. They never came through. I ended up eating the price of a $69 dollar battery. Stay away from this company.

I had better luck with Batteries Plus. Stay away. Stay away Stay away. Stay away.

Charged for defective item

Ordered a battery that was defective, it did not fit into the computer for which it was intended. The company required me to pay postage for the return and they would not refund the original shopping costs.

After all of this I was require to pay over $15 to return a defective item, customer support did not care and just told me that there was "nothing that they could do". Unethical operation, I would not recommend this vendor to anyone"

Credit Card Fraud

We ordered batteries twice within 2 weeks and just discovered our credit card was fraudulently used twice after ordering from this company, for several hundred dollars. Representatives dodged us for days before admitting they have a problem.

Many charges were made against the credit card used. We are going to pursue this with Law Enforcement in our state and in California. Our understanding is that other customers Identity are also being stolen when orders are placed on this website or called in.

It is not safe to order any merchandise here. Fair warning to all consumers.DO NOT ORDER HERE.

ABSOLUTELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - PURE RIPOFF ARTISTS!

Called them and to order overnight delivery. They took order, but never sent items.

They also do not answer their phones at the times stated on their website. It sounds more like a, "boiler room" operation, rather than a legitimate business. WARNING: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FOLKS! Called them and to order overnight delivery.

No customer service, still waiting for order

So far I have been waiting 11 days for a battery that I ordered. I have never received a confirmation email.

2 contacts using their live chat feature resulted in being told they couldn't look up orders (apparently they are only there to talk about the weather) and 2 emails have been sent to support from their web site have gone unanswered.

This is my second time ordering from them .

The first time I had no problems and received what I ordered. Unfortunately I think I am done with them after this whether I ever get my battery or not.

Low battery life , Not anywhere close to that of the original Battery, Guess you get what you pay for

I ordered a replacement battery for one of my Macbooks back on

10/12/2012.(see original order below) It is now at only half it's design

capacity (2521 mAh) with only 275 load cycles. and runs out of power way to

soon. (see attachment)

I have a second Macbook 13" still operarting on it's original 79 month old

battery with 782 load cycles and it is with a current capacity of 4033 mAh

out of 5020 design capacity.

Either the battery I ordered from you is defective or your batteries are

not up to standard and a cheap replacement.. Your battery should last at

least as long is the original.

Poor Customer Service, Rip off

I ordered a Apple laptop battery & extended warranty. The day I received an email shipping confirmation my computer melted down and was too expensive to repair.

I called laptop Battery One immediately. After being on hold for an extended period I was finally able to speak to someone. He told me I could not cancel but for me to just refuse the shipment. I explained to him that in my area shippers just leave packages so I would not have the opportunity to refuse the shipment.

He put me on hold for another ten minutes. When he came back he said he talked to the shipper and arranged for the shipment to be turned around in transit (which I later found out was a lie, the shipper doesn't do that). The shipment was delivered so then I called them back and explained the whole thing again, put on hold then cut off. I sent an email and requested a return authorization.

It took a week for a response which was only another email copy of the shipping confirmation. I sent back the un-opened package with copies of the original order and all emails. It took over three weeks to receive a credit which was wrong. It took over three days of phone calls, being on hold and cutoff, being promised a Manager would call back which they never did.

Finally I was able to talk to someone and had to go through the whole thing, only to be put on hold again. When they finally came back he told me accounting confirmed the credit was correct less a 15 Percent restocking fee. I told him I understand not being refunded the shipping but being charged for a "restocking fee" for something I was promised would not be delivered was unfair. Also how do you charge a restocking fee on an extended warranty?

He just said sorry that is our policy.

So in summary I paid after credit $20.94 (return shipping and restock fee) for the unpleasant experience of dealing with Laptop Battery One. Do not buy from them!

The wireless mouse came without the NANO receiver it was supposed to have. Also the battery for it is nonexistent.

They don't reply to me either. SCAM!!!!!!

They should not be able to sell on Amazon, or anywhere else for that matter!!! I'm so discussed!!!

Poor customer service - NO REPLY to email or voicemail

Today I placed an order for a battery long with Laptop Battery One a few hours before they opened. As soon as I discovered that my order did not qualify for fre shipping I canceled it, first by Live Chat, then by an email to customer service and then by a phone call to customer service in which I was instructed to leave a voice mail.

A little later I sent another email to customer service. Next I saw that the product had been shipped and I was billed for the shipping charge as well.

I got on live chat again through which I was once again asked to call customer service. This is horribly unresponsive customer service.

Called and corrected their error.

I received the wrong item and attempted to get the right one, but the initial rep.said it was the right item.

I later received a call from Trina and she explained that I had been shipped the wrong battery.She is sending out the correct one and an RMA to return the incorrect one to the company.

I'm glad that there are a few people in the world that take their business seriously and realize that the customer pays their salary.I can now recommend this company to others and I would buy from them again.

I ordered a laptop battery and they clearly sent the wrong battery. After several emails and several phone calls taking up several hours of my time they still have not set a return authorization or returned any of my calls. Do not buy from them!!!!

Does not deliver what you order.

I ordered an 8 cell 4800 mAh 14.8V battery.They sent me a ?cell 4400 mAh 14.8V battery.The invoice shows the one I ordered but did not receive.I called them and tried to explain that the cheaper battery they sent me has less run time than the one I ordered.The rude rep. said she would check with the supervisor and have her get back to me.They never replied and I have been ripped off for the difference in price of approx.$10.00.This company should be avoided due to poor customer service and "don't care" attitude.
