She helped on how to do the color color application. I was not sure whether to do a shampoo cap or just brush it down. The representative said it would be fine brushing down last 20 minutes.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. After reaching out to the color correcting line and my lost order information being forwarded to someone, they resent the lost order and I have received everything.

It just shouldn't have to have taken from April 29, multiple back and forth emails with the product support person, then having to resort to calling the only phone number available to have my order resent. It seemed like a ridiculous way for L'ANZA to do business.

After calling the Color correction phone number and actually speaking with someone L'anza decided to send out my order again and they will file a claim for the lost shipment. I do think that they need to have a customer service phone number along with their email customer service.

I purchased $250 worth of products and apparently they were lost in transit. Never delivered to me nor anyone for that matter.

I stayed in contact with Phoebe a customer service representative and she told me to file a claim with UPS instead of them doing it, which UPS said they had to. Now, I'm out my money and have zero products!

Absolutely horrible customer service! Avoid this company.
