Lansing ruined Harvey Industries service
Contractor here. I used to be able to jump on line and get every detail I needed in seconds.
Now I can't log in to save my life - need an "Activation Code" but their technology won't provide it. Call customer service and they don't answer and tell us "it will be easier to contact them via email" - because picking up a phone is too difficult.
Disgusted.
Their enhanced painting program reduced the paint options so now I can't match windows I bought 3 year ago. Disgusting.
They don't back their products
Had a faulty window place in new home by this company, they contracted another company to do the replacement, 5months ago and we still have no replacement window. Have had to call and email without much success.

Bought Building Items from Lansing Building Product....When it got to the Charlotte Job site it was the wrong size....and the wrong stuff...
Called the salesman and was told it was my fault...Called the office was very rude...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY....YOU WILL GET THE WRONG STUFF AND ALSO GET CHARGE TOO MUCH BY A RIP OFF SALESMAN, WAS TOLD BY OTHERS about them, wish I had know..before ordering.. As a builder it has cost me 1000,s now.
And I have a lot of junk that is useless.
It is sad that a old company has started ripping off builders now, so the salesman may get ahead. It in the long run cost more then the fast profit that they are making now from doing this type of business.
