The store owner called me a {{Redacted}}. I left my car for repair on September 28th, but after 10 days with no updates, I called three times to check the progress.

The last time, he told me I could pick up my car at 5 p.m. When I arrived at 5:30, I was informed the door was still apart, and I would need to wait another 20 minutes. At that point, the owner was already becoming aggressive and swore loudly when he saw me.

I asked if the window was fixed, and he responded impatiently, saying he had already told me on the phone that he took the door apart, put it back, and it was now working. I asked if the issue would happen again, and he said it likely would.

I pointed out that it wasnt fair to charge me since the problem wasnt fully resolved, and I had been told I would receive a call before any charges were made.

The owner then walked up close to my face and said, Ill let you go this time, but dont ever come back here again. I think youre a *** He then quickly reassembled the door in three minutes, dropped my keys at me while looking down on me, went back into the store, and shut the door behind him.
