I have a bill that's due on February 25th, and I won't have the money until March 6th. My mortgage and car payment came at the same time in this short month.
I'm just seeing if I can pay my car payment next week. I've never been late on a payment, never! This month, being a short month with mortgage and car payment back to back, has put me in a tight spot. I'm so sorry, and I will have the money on March 6th.
I just need my car payment extended if you can do it because I don't know the grace period. I just wanted to give you a heads up on what's going on this week.

Overdraft protection
- - I've been with you for 4 years; overdraft was used and repaid.
- - After paying off a personal loan, the overdraft was cut off with no warning, leaving me unable to pay rent.
It depends on who u get some reps know more an can really help but it was resolved I thank u for this app cause I was broken
I been with u 4 years overdrafting paying it back just paid personal loan off then boom all money is gone stop my over draft know money to pay rent no warning heartbroken in disbelief just had back surgery son disabled why was it just cut off to my understanding long as it was paid back before 30 days I could use it Again this got me an my family put out thanks because I can't wait till next month then that's 2 months

Preferred solution: Just give money back an keep letting me pay it back every month or give some kind of warning

I received a text from Langley credit Union, I wanted to see if that text was a scam or real. I couldnt even find anything out was connecting me to a digital computer or whatever I wanted to speak to a person representative, so since I couldnt, I just forgot about it and said, screw it, is that important to you? Is that important to me?

My card was compromised so they canceled the card I tried calling Langley Federal credit Union to have them to issue me a new card however when you call the number on the back of the card it sends you to the wrong department so I've been fighting with him for about 5 hours now and I still can't get a hold of you right department to get me a new card issue and the nearest Langley is about 150 mi from me yet when I call they just tell me that it's the wrong department they can't do nothing about it and still I can't get a card so for anyone looking to go with Langley Federal credit Union I would advise you not to because the customer service is not very good they can't fix the problem and now I'm stuck without a credit card but yet I'm paying the bill every month
