Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. On the first try they failed.

On the second try they came through above and beyond, with both information to improve the fit, and a replacement set of boots. All of us - me, Lange, and the shop have money invested in success, but i think they not only were reputable but went beyond what was expected. Hrray to Lange.

Now, avoid such problems by clearly explaining basic fit/last changes year over year so consumers cna make intelligent buying decisions. :-).

Lange came through. While the revised boots are not yet in my possession, i have a tracking confirmation.

Lange have always been my go-to ski boot, and this situation really had me disappointed.
I have worn Lange Ski boots for 40 years. My last two pairs, despite being Racing boots, were so comfortable I would not even loosen them if I came in midday. Ss my last pair was getting quite old, I invested in a new set on the boot fitters' recommendation. Based on specs i selected (not what i wanted) the slightly softer boot (120 versus 130) to get a slightly wider and therefore a better fit for my sensitive right foot.

Fail. Despite numerous attempts at custom fitting these boots have been a disaster and essentially unwearable. the bottom line is Lange has changed the last to which these boots are made. <-- edit: I still think this is the big issues and info is not easily available, even if one calls Lange.

Still crazy!
I called and explained my problem and asked what they could do. At first, they were very receptive. Sometimes time pass that I received an email reply. Basically it said go away.

This is not a warranty issue. First of all, I think I partly disagree. Second of all I didn't ask for a warranty replacement.

I asked for help how to fit them how to be able to use the product I paid hundreds of dollars for. When I went back and asked that they provide help they I received nothing not a word in response.
This is shocking for a company I want respect for I question others to make sure you love everything about their boots before you walk out having paid your money because once they have it, you don't matter.

Preferred solution: 1. Advice on how to make the boots fit 2. Information on the difference between these and previous boots that fit properly. 3. if neither of those works, some price accommodation on a replacement

no reply from lange , a very simple issue to fix but lange have decided not even to reply , all I need is a new buckle for the right cuff .very disappointing !
