Never received email with shipping date or tracking number. Numerous phone calls with no one answering.Terrible customer service! This was a Christmas gift and now I need to purchase a replacement gift, from a reputable and reliable company.
Nothing was accomplished or resolved with this call. I never received a tracking number or an email informing me if my order was shipped.
