Terrible maintenance dept repairs

I have a john deere 214 lawn tractor I purchased in 1981.Land pro is the only john deere dealer in the western New York that I can take my tractor to for service.I droped off my tractor on October 27th 2021 to have the engine (koehler 214) checked for a oil leak.I called the dealer Friday nov 19th on the status/repair of the engine only to be toldedthat they dried off the tractor and found nothing wrong untill I explained to the person on the phone what the problem was.The person on the phone I believe was not the service manager and she would let the person in the shop what I told her.This is a continuining problem with this dealer as I have spoke to numerous people who have experienced the same problem.I hope someone can look into the dealership since they are giving John Deere bad relations with the exsisting customers and giving them other options when thinking of purchasing new items in the future.ThanksThomas DeMaria 5511 country club lane Hamburg New York 14075 Phone(716-646-****) tdemaria@***.com.
