Call from company today they will resolve today . CEO was away.
Original review posted by user Mar 06, 2019Company refuses to set-up EFT of monthly fees for spurious reasons. We Sent auth with our check in Jan 2019 when we inquired in Feb as to why they did not take Feb payment told us needed check and zero balance both of which they had! We wrote this 2/25 and no rsvp or acton taken: "02/25/2019 So you do nothing until we write you!!!!??? Our bank does not give us voided checks and we do not have enough blank checks in Florida to send you a blank one! Not only did we give you routing and checking account numbers, and sign an authorization, but you also had our check with last payment!? Balance was then zero! As a life long consumer advocate we must tell you we are not in the least bit happy. This is not a good beginning. We did not have this issue with Progressive or the mgmt company before that or any company that we've authorized to take payments!! We are copying in our building president so he is aware of these concerns. YOU are creating an issue where none exists. We sent authorization, we sent check the rest is up to you..feel free to take Feb and March payments this week." When we heard nothing further last week we sent them copy of the check they cancelled and "0" balance shown on their site and asked for a manager to respond. Still no response! We want them to do what they should have done in January and set up EFT account taking and to have the common courtesy to rsvp. Had we not written to them we would have never known they manufactured this issue.
