Leticia Martinez who is a landlord at 3117 Treasure Haven Dr. Harlingen Tx 78575 has violated and announced my personal background check information that I was charged $45 upon submitting, claiming my information would only be displayed to myself.

I have emailed and called her to ask her not to be providing my personal information to other tenants and she is now ignoring any forms of communication. I have dialed her to her personal cell: 956392****

I filled out an application for a home and paid $45 for the fee where I was guaranteed privacy of my personal information. The landlord Leticia Martinez failed to respect the information that was provided to her and informed a potential renter of my personal information which in return that person was confused on why she was providing that information to him via text message- I am being told by my attorney to let you all know beforehand and request the refund of $45 considering my information was NOT protected like it was disclosed. I have emailed the landlord and called but she is now ignoring myself and the other tenant she disclosed my information too.

“I am being told by my attorney to let you all know.....”. You are either lying or need a new attorney. An attorney would tell you not to call, speak with or address online this person/issue.

What's the problem? You're a criminal.

They don't want people with criminal records in their spots.

It's not that hard. Did you think they wouldn't find out about you?
