Incompetent and negligence communication along with service

I took my Range Rover to Spokane Valley Dealership. I expressed I needed a diagnostic on the car I just purchased and would be moving in 2 months. All service representatives seemed nice and courtesy at the time. Upon finishing the diagnostic my Car only needed 3 items fixed. The service representative even mentioned how good of condition this car was in. Im the second owner thankfully and Ive had it less then a month with dealership plates still on vehicle. Final helpful input was that I fix the broken valve in suspension and the emergency brake. The stuck door on heater was not a big issue and recommended for me to put my money into the other fixes. I booked appointment for value to get fixed &;;;;;;picked a local mechanic shop to fix emergency brake. I thought I was good to go. Upon leaving with vehicle along the HWY the seal of my windshield almost blew out and I had to pull over because it was smacking my car and a potential hazard to other drivers. I called immediately and that got verbally taken care of. As they would cover cost but I would have to bring it into a glass shop. Now me being taken advantage of happened when I returned my car to get the valve suspension fixed. Upon picking it up it was fixed again I drove back home along HWY and I had codes telling me not to go over 30mph, my suspension did not adjust as range rovers do and as I paid for this vehicle to be fixed fully and properly. Would have paid more too if needed. I have been passed along to 3 service representatives, ignored in the waiting area, talked down to by the manager and verbally feel abused. I also feel visually everyone is glaring at me while waiting over an hour to solve this. All due to that now after bringing my car back in to be refixed the discount I was told I would have is not allowed The sales representative is now putting words in my mouth from my original conversations with the first service representative I had. My biggest concern is what if I was younger or older and could not speak up for myself? Their negligence left me feeling no trust with this dealership and now I dont even want to go to another Jaguar Land Rover Dealership. I clearly expressed I am on a time limit due to being in the middle of relocating after selling my home. This is not the way to treat a customer who would have gladly paid more to have everything done with precautions and treated with respect. I had to deal with multiple representatives and a manger who twisted my words and did not care that they mislead me on timing, parts, care and professionalism. Do not go to this dealership. The are they give you in the beginning is very very misleading. Now Id did get a discount (still did not split cost with me of negligence) after expressing I will get a lawyer and write multiple reviews. So if you like the headache and stress of being mislead when already in the middle of moving, then this is the perfect dealership for you to go to. I have a large amount of patience, time and money available but unfortunately that did not help me at this dealership.
