I got the Land Rover towed to San Diego region for $223.00. After back and forth with Senior Executive Liaison/ACM.
They said they with cover the labor parts reprogramming $390. They said they would refund me the towing, but changed into $223 credit for a new vacuum pump LR082226 -$691.13 with updated bolts LR060479 $10.65 since they said was leaking. So parts and labor $1105.74-$223=$882.74. The 15 year service advisor Did and inspection for tires, I ordered new tires & air filter ordered new air filters and engine need service.
The faulty battery malfunction the sun roof they are not talking this.
Car still in shop will give a brief after 11/29/2019. With more status reports.

Better process product people customer service needs improvement
Electrical systems in British cars is one of those great unexplained mysteries that has plagued them for over half a century. If you plan on owning a new Range Rover MAKE SURE you purchase an extended warranty; if you buy one used, out of warranty, MAKE CERTAIN you get a good, bumper to bumper aftermarket warranty.
Rovers are highly complex, very expensive to service and repair and very problematic. There's a reason why their resale value plummets so rapidly.
