Can't believe

I Purchased a certified 2014 Range Rover evoke I understood my warranty was to the end of January 2019 however early January I had hesitation when accelerating I finally called on January 16, 2019 after having the engine diagnosed and my local mechanic shop it read bad turbo I called range rover Palm Beach where I purchased the car in good faith I was told nothing could be done because my warranty expired two days earlier January 14, 2019 my service rep had left the dealership she is now working at another range rover 50 miles away I called her and the picked up the car told me to call the 800 number for USA Ranger over I did they seem nice then I got a call back from the meanest lady in the world who said will split it with you basically $5000 split I said is there someone else I can talk to is she say call the Better Business Bureau if you don't like it "and "I was floored got the car back today does run better but as a fourth time range rover owner I have a feeling I will never go back the worst service I've ever had in my life
