Claudio called and remedied all issues immediately. Great customer service.
Went above and beyond. Not only was my main issue addressed, but he 100% gave the type of servie I expect from Land Rover.

This entire experience with what was supposed to be my dream vehicle has been an absolute NIGHTMARE. You would think a $90k vehicle would come with 5 star support and service, but if you get a car from here you will get service comparable to McDonald's. After today, I have absolutely HAD IT with this place and with LAND ROVER ALTOGETHER. With defects from the second I drove it off the lot to now (nearly 2 years later) I have NOTHING nice to say about Land Rover North Dade. I had my car towed in on Monday, have been lied to every day since then, and now received a call last night saying they are "still backed up" and won't be able to look at it until NEXT WEEK?? I asked for my car back (I only had it towed per service rep recommendation, as battery was completely dead and would not charge)...only to be told the only option is for me to come get it. I live an hour away and THEY HAVE MY CAR. I got better (and FASTER!) service when I had a honda! I will 100% continue to share my experience any and every chance I get. Take your hard earned money to Porsche or Maserati. Don't waste it here. Never EVER again!
