Put a cracked wheel back on our Range Rover -DANGEROUS
Avoid this place like Covid 19. They put a cracked wheel back on our Range Rover. One tech wrote in large letters cracked on the inside of the wheel and another tech at Land Rover Albany ignored this and put the new tire on and put it on the vehicle. Fortunately for us it had a slow leak when we got home and took it to another tire store and they found the issue. The crack was large and could have resulted in wheel failure. They also dont stay behind the Land Rover Preowned warranty. Avoid this dealer and dont count on Land Rovers preowned warranty.

Avoid Range Rover Products
Customer service at corporate and the Range Rover dealer in Albany NY both don’t back their products. Our 2015 Range Rover has had numerous service issues but the most significant was a low speed failure of a steering knuckle that could have caused a severe injurious accident. This suspension component was either defective or assembled inproperly. Our insurance company would not cover the $5600 bill from the dealer as there was no collision or impact. Our certified preowned warranty did not cover the damage either. $100,000 plus vehicle that falls apart and both the dealer and corporate run for the hills. Buy something besides a Range Rover.
