This company is horrible. They do not back up their product if things don’t work such as color lot or design. They don’t offer returns!!!!! Who does that? Will never order from them again. Buy
They dont care a *** about the customer. Color lot was all wrong and did not match. They had no concern for that and just said what I ordered and No returns

Awful/Unprofessional Experience
I purchased a set of pillow cases from land of pillows and got the confirmation of the order. Several days later I got an email informing me they did not have enough fabric to make the pillows as ordered, but that they could put a solid color on the back but needed my approval. I promptly responded to ask if there was any discount given on making this change before deciding what to do. The response I got was to inform me that the solid pillow case was double the cost of the print one I ordered, but since I had asked about a discount they would cancel the order. I was not rude in my inquiry, merry inquired if there was anything being done about not being able to fill the ordered item. It was not relayed that they would charge more based on cost of materials if I did proceed in their original inquiry. I was not given the option to proceed with the purchase as is with a different backing at the same cost nor was I given the option to proceed with the purchase but with added expense due to the cost of the material (which I would have understood, and would have been fine being told no discount could be given due to supply cost) but I find it very rude and unprofessional to cancel the order entirely due to their lack of information to begin with. Will never purchase from this company again!

Custom valance I ordered a valance. The pattern was sewn crooked on the bottom and looked hideous. After 2 emails from me to them, and 1 message left on their answering machine as well, with No Response Whatsoever with my concern, I mailed the item back to them. Land of pillows refuses to refund my purchase. I refuse to accept shoddy work and have sent my transaction history to the Better Business Bureau.

Horrible company
My mother ordered a pillow from this company. The photo of the pillow on their website has the wording as: Love Life At the Lake. The pillow that she received reads: Life At the Lake Love. She has called customer service twice. Both times they told her that she was sent the correct pillow. The first time some guy told her to take pictures of the pillow and send it to them. I did this for her and never got a response. The second time she called, the guy was rude and then hung up on her. Do not buy from this company!!

RUDE AND CRAZY
I placed an ordered to Etsy site for some pillows. On the site it said to place an email to the vendor on what type of pillow I wanted. (ie lumbar or square) I paid with paypal. Then I sent an email to Land of Pillows stating that I wanted the lumbar pillow. I asked if I could get a confirmation. When I didn't get one I tried calling the number on their website and voice mail said that the mail box was full) I then wrote another email using Land of Pillows web site. I said: I am concerned because I haven't heard from you regarding my order. I have never used the Etsy site before and I wished I would have just ordered directly. (meaning order directly through Land of Pillows site) I asked if they could please help me feel better about the order and if I didn't hear from them I was going to cancel with Paypal. She then writes me back cancels the order and says that they don't confirm orders and I don't understand how things work around here. & btw there is no need for threats. (how is any of this threating?) So, I write her back and tell her that I was just concerned and that was all. No Threats!. She then writes me back and gives me a lectures me about the internet experience and that I should educate myself because no one confirms orders. I then write her back and tell her that I purchase things all the time on the internet and receive confirmations. I asked her why she was being so RUDE and insulting? I then told her not to contact me again. She then writes back and says that I said that I was going to take my business eleswhere (where in the world did she get that?) plus she didn't need my lousy $60.00 order. I had to write her back and inform her that there was no need to make this bigger that what it was and thank you for cancelling my order because I didn't want to do business with her and I thought she was just nuts! I know this all sounds absolutely ridiculous, but writing this just makes me feel so better. If you don't require a confirmation on order go ahead and do business with Land of Pillows.

Most of the websites have a clear return policy. I doubt that this particular one did not have one.
In fact, I went and checked myself (after seeing this post) and their posted policies clearly states no returns. I wonder, why would anymore send an item back knowing that there is a no return policy just because they did not like it.
Any store has its own policies and we the consumer should abide by it. I personally read all the polices of a store before I place an order, so that I know what to expect if any issue arise.
