Land Escapes

I've never had such a run around just trying to get some planting and yard maintenance done. No showed twice, then a crew showed up with three people and one looked to be about 10 years old.

Half of the plantings died. I was promised replacements and that still has not happened. No return phone calls. Very, very unprofessional bunch!

The owner Kristen was so inappropriate and offensive when she did answer the phone. She actually told me where I could go to replace the dead plants at my own expense. She was very short and rude.

Not at all the same person that sold me the job! Buyer Beware!!!!

The worst yard service I have ever had!! They could not even mow well...scarey!

It is halloween you know :) They actually left a mower and bag in my yard....Youhoooo are you among the living with a brain? When I called the owner Kristen she thought the problems were minimal and said she did not have time to deal with this now. Eeeekkk! who says that to any customer?

I called again (twice) and she still has not responded to my calls nor will she answer the phone. We are going on a month here and nothing!

They did not even get the mower they left....Wow! few loose ends there I am thinking.

Land Escapes was hired by me to clean up the yard and replace some plants again for the third time. They busted up my new sidewalk with the truck.

They had no reason to have the truck in the area they had it in. Especially after I specifically reminded them the walk was new. The workers were very rude when I showed them the damage and the owner was worse when I called about the problem. I have asked repeatedly for the damage to be repaired and the owner agrees to it and then never gets back to me with specifics on when and how.

I will never use these people again!!

Not to mention they were way overpriced for what they did. The crew seemed very inexperienced and not motivated!
