Poor service
I rarely leave bad reviews but this company blocked my driveway with a huge crate, didnt call as instructed, got permission from a minor where to drop then crate, left it there when i begged them to move it, was almost impossible to reach. Not a professional company.

Well my cash app account got deleted and i had 300 that some family member sent me and i wanted to see if i can get them back
Report Driver
Truck driver cut us off because he didn’t want us to get in front of him. Very unsafe!! Have a pregnant person in the car with me!!!
Horrible
Horrible service! It took well over a month to get my order and they gave me a day and time frame when i should expect it and it never came so i kept calling back and was told it eas felayed but still coming that day.
Thay was a lie!
Called the next day and got my order late, the guy was rude and dropped my stuff in the middle of the street and didnt look to see if anyone was there to recieve it didnt make any contact didnt speak until i practically yelled and once he was done crate and all he sped off. I would never want them to deliver a package for me again and if safer whole continues to use them they're going to lose customers

Poor service
They never pick up the day as scheduled. My freight sits for for weeks in Buffalo.
Expect major delays for delivery of your freight. Really sucks for business.
Dangerous Driver
I was bringing my child to school when a driver in truck # 48181 came of the interstate in swanton turning left with no consideration there was traffic coming, i had to slam on my breaks causing my vehicle to fish tale with my child in the car on already slick/greasy roads. I then wanted to get the license plate # but it was dirty and the driver was also speeding.
It was a 30 mph zone. I was able to get the truck number only after i hit 40 mph & he then drove about 50 mph in a 30 mph zone. I got home called land air express new england & spoke to a manager named Jason. He got all info from me and then tried to make me feel like a complete idiot saying he could see the driver was going only 32 mph.
Im sorry but i had to hit 40 mph just to get within distance enough to see the truck # so i know he was going faster than 40 in a 30 and him causing me to slam on my breaks fish tailing with my child in the car should be enough to clarify he was driving dangerous.
Jason said he would "speak" with said driver but i feel nothing will be done about this. This driver made my child and self unsafe and we could have got hurt, and the manager made me feel like a complete idiot and that they could care less if a accident was to happen!!

I am a former we mpkoyee sworn never to return. Loaders r a disgrace to trucking industry.
Freight is handled worse than JB Hunt. Upper mgnt us incompetent. Iwner is an alcoholic on his 3rd divorce. Conoany owes creditors, suppliers and employees money.
They have no intention of oaying their bills or honoring ant debts or obligations. They barely survived a 2 week DOT shutdown due to numerous hazmat, safety & drug violations. Safety officer means well but owner ties his hands. If you need some experirnce to find a real job, by all means go there but only use it as a stepping stone.
Do not stay there any longer than you have to. You will regret it. I stayed for 2 yrs and i ferl i have wasted 2 yrs of my life. Owner is worm slime of the first order.
He doesnt deserve the workers he has.
My advice to you is treat kand air express of new england the same way they treat you. Like a oeice of meat
Sleezy Delivery Service, Stay Away
When my pallet arrived it was mysteriously ripped open and missing multiple boxes. The driver insisted that I accept the pallet to be in good condition.
When I told him there were multiple pieces clearly missing he gave me an attitude and told me that I can search his truck for them and that they would not be found. The driver then insisted I sign the paperwork so when I realized that I was getting no where with him I signed and noted on his copy the missing packages and damage. When I filed a claim with the company they told me that nothing was wrong..this is where it gets good.
When they sent me a copy of the paper I signed, the driver crossed out my notes of damage and loss and the idiots working the claim center ignored them. Needless to say after literally months of follow up nothing ever happened an my claim was "forgotten".
Land Air Express- loses another shipment
Feb 11, 2011, we had a shipment picked up in Cheshire, CT to be delivered to our Rockland County, NY location. After several days, it was discovered that the shipment somehow ened up in Texas.
It was promised a few days later. But never showed up. The value of the shipment was $1300. They offered us $2.50 per pound for a total of $312.77 (including their frt cost).
It seems that their bill of lading states that unless otherwise noted on the bill of lading the value is limited to $2.50 per pound. All other local carriers limit their liability to $25.00 per pound. We never saw the bill of lading and these rules and reguations. The material is still lost and they are refuling to budge from their $312.77 offer.
and the vendor still wants their $1300.
Land Air Express Ripped Me Off!
After 3+ years of being a loyal customer, I was ripped off by Land Air Express of New England. They stole an entire pallet of merchandise valued at over $5.000.00. I will be taking them to court shortly.
As I look around the internet, I can see that I am not the only one by all means that they have ripped off. Even their OWN employees are complaining about them.
DO NOT USE LAND AIR EXPRESS OF NEW ENGLAND IF YOU WANT YOUR MERCHANDISE!!!

Land Air Express Of New England Ripped Me Off!
DO NOT use this company! After 3 years as a loyal customer, they STOLE $5200.00 worth of merchandise from me, and said it was delivered. I was told to file a claim, only to be denied. Will be taking them to court shortly! They lie, steal, and treat their employees like DIRT!!! Find another means of shipping or you will get ripped off also!!!

I have recently been raked over the coals by Land Air Express. the last 3 times I have used them as a freight carrier nothing went right.
the first time they delivered me a shipment that looked like it was toppled over by something on the truck. When I opened the cases they were all damaged and unsellable goods. I filed a claim and they strung me along for months before they said they would not pay.
The next 2 times they sent my shipment to the oposite end of the country then it was supposed to be.
I had to hire YRC as a dedicated truck to pick up my goods and get them where they needed to be on time and it cost me thousands to fix their admitted error. Now when I contact them to re-coop some of the costs their problems cost me they ignore me. I even emailed the President and vice President of the company and they wont even aknowledge me at all.
This company has no integrity or care for their customers. Avoid them at all cost if you have any business sense.
