I received my airsoft gun that was delivered a couple of days ago and after opening the box it was in there are parts missing preventing me from operating the gun.Ive called and left messages and nobody is calling me back.It is obvious that the box has been opened and the gun has been used by the apparent wear marks on the metal.I need information on how to return the gun and either get what I paid for a new gun not used or get my money back.Thank you.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I left multiple messages and multiple emails, got my money back, but their customer service wasn’t very good, called in their availability times and was put on hold for 30 minutes before an automated response saying that they can’t reach them was deployed to me and it told me to leave a message..
Man, idk whats going on, I called in their business hours, and I waited for 30 minutes 2 times and they didnt answer the phone, so I emailed saying I wanted my order canceled, they canceled it, said there was a refund BUT I still havent received the money, so like anyone else would, I called 2 more times, still not answer. Im getting a little agitated. Everything else is well put together but the refund service and customer service is not the best by any means.

Another stripped bevel gear this time didn't last 1o minutes
I have replaced the gear for second time now and the gear didn't last 10min I have purchased several didn't air soft guns from yall and have never ant problems with yall products but it seems to me this is either a design on gear box or something not only am I out the cost of part plus my airsoft teck is charging me for tear downs and gear replacement for second time now I just want my little girl to have her gun right I payed over 250 for air soft gun less than 2 months ago I am very disappointed hope yall are going to make this right than you have a nice day

Gun stopped foreign
The weapon stopped firing after one game for some reason not really mad just trying to understand. Batteries were charged put fresh one in and wouldnt fire.

The wiring harness between the battery pack and the air soft gun has become disconnected after using It 4 times. I have tried to contact Lancer Tactical numerous attempts including several voicemails, texts and emails to customer support but Lancer Tactical is yet to respond. Very disappointing.

I have an enforcer thats only a two months old with little use and went to play with it today and it made a really loud grinding noise and quit shooting. Sounds like the gears are stripped or something. Gun is stock used the stock 11.1v LiPo that came with gun not sure what can be done about it but not looking forward to buy a new gun Because I like this enforcer but I havent played with it much and its broken.

Battery compartment
I watch the tutorial on how to put the batteries in this buttstock but mine has something wrong with it. His appears to have an opening that the wire connecting the batteries slides into and goes to the bottom of the buttstock where as mine is solid and will only allow the batteries to slide down an inch or so into the tubes.

This gun is not worth it
My gun from Lancer tactical my LT- 02c and I want a refund but they said its to late but when got it for christmas a week after it said that the return is expired but I want a full refund

Mag is not feeding
I was shooting and it just stoped feeding out of no where.

Parts purchased aren't the right one
I purchased 3 different types of air Rifles from you with an extra clip for each one you sent 3 of the same one which only fits one of the 3 guns purchased
I have been on hold for 25 minutes and in still waiting!
It's only 4:30 in the afternoon right now on wensday and theres no reason to be waiting this long for someone to answer me on the phone! My LTX-3 pistol broke on itself and now I cant contact you guys and now im about 50 down the hole and on top of that, I can't play airsoft with my friends now.
