2022 Cabo 200i having mechanical problems

I purchased the 2022 lance cabo in november of 2021 and been having nothing but problems since the purchase the dealership already had to disconnect the kill switch under the seat and still this experience is terrible the scooter already been in the shop 6 times and it's going back for the 7th time this morning its time for either a replacement or a full refund a 2022 should not be having problems 17 days after purchase and still here in the present this scooter is no good and it seems to be a manufacturing problem

User's recommendation: Make sure that the scooter is built correctly before buying and make sure you have a mechanic tighten everything up correctly before riding.

DEADLY WARNING!!!!!!

One month into my 2019 Cali Classic-125cc purchase, it just lost power while riding along average moving traffic speed. Not even a tiny little hint that it was going to just stop and endanger my life. The dealership from where I purchased it had their repair shop try and fix the deadly problem many times and they even contacted Lance Co. for replacement parts but the same problem continued. After several unexpected stops, I had enough of placing myself in a life threatening danger with this deadly scooter. At this point, Im truly struggling with the Lance Co. to recognize that they have a deadly serious problem with their scooters that theyre passing onto the unknowing public and getting my money back. One representative from the Lance Co. showed not care in the world to my situation or their deadly problem they have with their scooters. Pass the buck! Sadly, its going to take someones death on their scooter to do something about their product and Im happy that its not going to be me. Customer service? Theres NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Deadly 2019 lance Cali Classic 125cc

4 month old Hav Cali Classic Blows up! And not a phone call back!

I loved my scooter it was a 125CC white perfect for a short time,very short time.I asked specifically if this can handle riding every day because I am a divorced broke chick trying to get by on little money and pay my debts not accumulate more. I thought I'll suck it up and I realized how amazing it is riding. I ride down PCH and my exhaust is hanging causing evereything to loosen, I start sounding like a Harley, get it fixed and was stoked. Oil changes always!; that's *** Chick 101, I took 102 and had oil always in my seat in case it ran low.Thats right, imagine that! My plug that screws into the engine would come undone while driving and I'd unscrew the floor panel and put it back in and ride away.That took some learning.Since my origin of purchase is only available Sat and Sun, and I worked then it was impossible to even get a phone call back so I went to another competitor and they criticized the work done and said they heard other complaints of this establishment. Kid that works there=super cool; owner=kind of a tool,the kind that never works when you need it. And the only reason I bought this frickin thing was for the 2 yr warranty or else I could have bought 3 Chinese ones and paid less! So now Im waiting for my scooter to be fixed because the engine won't start and I have to dig up my service records which I did but cant find one,doesnt this place keep this kind of thing on file, what if I lost it in the wind on the ride home- clearly its the way of this company being accountable and sticking behind a QUALITY made product! My Cali Classic RIP at the ripe age of 4 months- I'm beyond pissed, I cant get to work so now I need to find another job, and I've had to tow it in twice, all another expense not including with the sales pitch of how much money you'll save! I'd like to open my own Lance shop and see if its a fluke, or if this scooter just can't take what real life people like me do, drive and try to survive at the expense of the jackenheimers that take advantage of people that are barely above water as it is.

Lance Powersport = Junk

I purchased a Lance Powersport GSR 150 from Scooternitro.com in march 08 and it has been trouble ever since I received it. Both companies have a terrible costumer service policy an will not assist you in anyway once they have your money. 1st the Lance Powersport scooter itself. The lance Powersport is a piece of junk inferior scooter that isn't worth the $1500 and after only 200 miles I refuse to ride it any longer as it keeps stalling and has become dangerous to operate. The idle is uncontrollable, the starter circuit is shot including the battery and it rattles as if it will fall apart which it literally is. 2nd for scooternitro.com Once they made the sale and have your money good luck ever hearing from them again. I have spent countless hours making calls and sending e-mails but to no avail. I have decided that I will now spend my time warning others about the lousy customer service and/or products they sell. Learn from my mistake and stay away from scooternitro.com and Lance powersports. Steve

I bought a SYM 200 HD in Albuquerque. Dealer quit selling the brand and absolutely turned their backs on owners.

I had a gas leak (well documented on bulletin boards) and they refused to help. Told me about a 'fairly good mechanic" elsewhere. I emailed Lance yesterday. Today they called me offering help.

Michael could not have been nicer and is willing to do anything to give me assistance. Just more info about Lance.

Take it or leave it. They're in CA, I'm in NM.
