- - I ordered a Toleo lamp in August 2025 and wanted a color swap; I recently received 4 fixtures.
- - Delivery is slow and incomplete; discounts were missed.
In augustus 2025 heb ik de lamp Toleo besteld die ik wilde ruilen voor een andere kleur. De hele bestelling duurt lang, ik heb de lamp nog steeds niet compleet.
Ook kortingen die ik zou krijgen, lopen mis. Voortdurend hele bestellingen terugsturen etc. met verzendkosten op mijn rekening. Laatst kreeg ik 4 armaturen in verschillende kleuren.
Hoefde dit keer niet de hele zending terug te sturen.
Zou wel een compensatie willen krijgen cq. korting.

They have refunded the amount paid for the lamp however I paid a high fee of £119 for customs and this has not been refundedThe lamp is broken at the base as well as bent on the shade . I doubt this damage was done in transit .
It looks like they sent me damaged goods . I would like to receive a refund for what I paid in customs fees .

I am having a horrendous experience with Lamptwist and by reading other reviews I can see I am not alone . I wish I had read these reviews before buying from them.
I bought a Tom Dixon floor lamp on 10/12/23 it was intended as a Christmas present . The lamp cost £585 plus £119 customs fees total £704. There were several issues with the delivery, apparently the parcel got lost in the post . After many emails Lamptwist posted a new lamp and I received it last week - end of January .
I had a terrible shock when opened the box and found the lamp was broken at the base completely detached as well as bent on the shade. The lamp was packed very well with enough padding and I believe it was already damaged when packed to be sent out to me . I strongly believe they have knowingly sent me a faulty lamp .
I have been emailing them with photos and requesting a refund for the last few days . Nobody has got back to me .
I will be reposting this review every day until I receive a refund for the lamp and hope this makes people aware of how dodgy Lamptwist is.

- - Lamp not received; order from 10 December shows parcel lost JVGL400484****017256****.
- - Support has not resolved a refund or replacement.
On the 10th December I purchased a Tom Dixon lamp and still have not received it . The shipment number is JVGL400484****017256**** the parcel is lost and only you the sender can sort it out with DHL.
I have contacted your customer service numerous times asking for a refund or to send me another lamp but nothing has been done . If I dont hear from you with a full refund including what I paid in customs fees or confirmation another lamp is being delivered I will have to contact the authorities.
