STAY AWAY: BAD RETURN POLICY

I depend on on-line vendors to accept returns. They not only do not accept returns after 60 days, they do not even give credit. They suggest you sell it online! $1000 worth of lighting that sat in a box for a few months before the project started only to find out its the wrong lighting for the space. Go to the retailer, see it and buy it there. Its only fair!4

Possini Euro Lamp

What a headache dealing with this people. They don’t care about the product they sell and even worse they send defective products and don’t refund the money back. The price is very high for the bad product they sell.

Possini bathroom fixtures rust and peel

I have spent a small fortune on Possini lighting over the years. They are beautiful fixtures. However, I bought chrome euro design fixtures in my bathroom remodel four years ago and the chrome is peeling and there is rust on the overhead. My bathroom is well ventilated and warm. Everything else is the same as the day of the remodel. I contacted lamps plus and they quoted warranty to me and the 60 day return policy with a nada. I think if you are calling it a bathroom fixture it should not peel for sure or rust. Obviously there is no protection on these fixtures. I now have to cough up another grand for bathroom fixtures, they will NOT be Possini.

PENDING FOREVER AND WRONG SHADES

Sent me the wrong color shades and when I called they said would send the correct color and after waiting too long called and said manager said 'no can do' and that I would have to send the 'whole lamp' back and once approved would send me another whole lamp with the correct color! Boxes already thrown out when they first said would send the right color shades so now I don't have the boxes to return it and they said that's the only way they can return it and also after many hours and e-mails I sent to them they said that's the best they can do! B.S. and not going to happen. Send me the right color shades and do what you need to make it happen. Also, they never give their names or departments to have the pending charges dropped that were already shipped and paid for leaving me with a lesser amount on my credit card so I disputed the charge and am still trying to get the shades. Again, no can do they say and now I'm waiting almost a week for an RMA to send the *** lamps back. Don't purchase with this company. They are ***

Said would replace shades for correct color then changed by manager who won't give name and then tells me to get a box and send the lams and shades back! Cannot do that as I don't have the boxes any longer when said would just send the shades.
