Horrible ran park

So this park is screaming safely.. Houses put on stilts(they want you to pay 1000 to 1300.00 a month for), people having pools, swing sets, weight benches, dogs tied up, cats everywhere (on your cars and under your homes)...

Empty homes left unlocked, doors open. The community playground has a broken slide. You have at least two drains that are unsafe. One a little kid could fall in, and the other has been crunched so bad I don't know how any water gets through.

Whom ever has done some of the road work looks like they just left kindergarten, they don't know how to do finish the work. It looks so bad. Broken glass all over by the 2nd pond where all the snakes are. All the broken down cars with no tags or flat tires.

People play their loud and obnoxious bass music till cops come out and tell them to turn it down. (There are people out here that their hearts are on machines and can't handle it.) Also, birds *** on everything. You can tell the crazy hair manager does not care about anything but her paycheck. This park is going to *** It's no wonder why people are moving.

It is not a community, it is a place that is dying. Stay clear if you can.

Did not mention GRU... That alone will scare anyone.

Lamplighter Mobile Home Community - Review in Other category from Braintree, Massachusetts

Lamplighter sold me a mobile home as a handyman special.

After I purchased the mobile home,lamplighter kept the add on craigslist,as bait for other tenants. Then they would switch them to another unit.

The management team is a joke. The mngr (wife) will tell you anything that pleases you,then the maintenance( husband ) won't honor the wife's agreement.

I had signed a year lease. 6 months into it they told me they were gonna raise my rent,I told them that was unnaceptible. They laughed in my face and said oh well.

They also enterd my home through a window,to see the condition of my home,before they filed a lien against me and evicted me .

Just ask the tenants what they think of the mngmt team!
