No customer service

On November 27, 2018 I called this place and described the problem I was having with a ryobi lawn mower. She told me that they are an authorized Ryobi repair shop. She told me to hold and she would get a mechanic. I waited ten minutes before I hung up. During this time I heard talking in the background. I also said that I was still here, but no response. I finally hung up in frustration. Would you want to do business with them? I wouldn't. This is typical of the experience that I have had with businesses in Greeneville. They don't know what customer service means. My advice is if you live in Greene county, go to Johnson City, Kingsport, or Morristown.
